What companies would benefit from a Saphir 1200AT?
If you require a high Press Force, Shear Blade and High Throughput the Saphir 1200AT Baler will provide the solution with its 120 Tonne Press Force and up to 12 tonnes per hour throughput, and is therefore suitable for baling most non-metallic waste including RDF. This baler is normally conveyor fed but other Ancillary Equipment is available.
What does it and how is it powered?
These Fully Automatic Balers produce mill-size bales weighing 500-1000kg at a rate of 8-12 tonnes per hour. The automatic tying system is vertical (Horizontal is optional), it has a shear blade and requires a 250A 3-phase electrical supply.
