This refurbished CE525 chopper is a robust & powerful machine, and as a result can efficiently chop steel wire and steel banding.
The refurbishment programme includes the replacement of any worn parts in order for us to confidently supply it with a warranty. The chopper is stripped, repaired, repainted, re-assembled, after which it is fully tested before leaving our workshops.
This chopper’s blades are tool-steel blocks with each long edge being a cutting edge, consequently they are rotated three times.
The chopper is on a bespoke frame with a interlocked door to prevent access during operation. A Tipper-Hopper, or similar, is positioned underneath in order to safely and efficiently collect the chopped wire/banding.
